COVID-19 POLICIES

 

Happy Hound University remains dedicated to responsible safety precautions while operating during all stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. The following safety-related policies for in-person private training and group classes remain in effect for all clients.

​

FACE MASKS

Properly fitting face masks (covering mouth and nose) must be worn at all times during all private lessons and group classes. This applies to all participants in a private lesson or group class.

​

LOCATION

All in-person private training will be held outdoors in client's yard or other outdoor space. In the case of inclement weather (rain, thunder, snow, extreme heat, extreme cold), the appointment will be cancelled. Client will have the option to proceed through an online session via Zoom, or reschedule for a future date.

Group classes may be held indoors or outdoors, as determined by Happy Hound University in its sole discretion.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

A minimum of 6 feet between client and trainer must be maintained at all times. This applies to all participants in a private lesson or group class.

​

GROUP CLASS PARTICIPANTS

For group classes, no more than two people per enrolled dog, including minor children, may attend the class.

​

NOTIFICATIONS

Client must notify Happy Hound University as soon as possible if anyone in client's household is experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, is currently recovering from the virus, or believes that they have been exposed to the virus.

​

NON-COMPLIANCE

Happy Hound University may terminate any behavior consultation, lesson or the client's participation in a group class if it determines, in its sole discretion, that client, a participating member of client's household or anyone accompanying client to a group class is not in compliance with any of the foregoing policies. Such a behavior consultation, lesson or class is deemed to be forfeited by the client and is not refundable.
